  • We only see people via telehealth at this time. Telehealth therapy allows you to engage in counseling sessions via a secure video conferencing platform from the comfort of your home.

  • Please fill out the inquiry form on our website or give us a call/email directly and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Our contact information is located on our contact tab. 

  • In your first session, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, explore your goals, and establish a safe space for open communication.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes, and we recommend meeting weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your individual needs

  • We accept several insurance plans. Please contact us or your insurance agency (the number on the back of your insurance card) to verify if we are in-network with your provider.

  • We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less notice may incur a fee.

  • Yes! We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we are a good fit for you.
